Instrucciones de uso

I've been using this product for several years now. First from my naturopath and then straight from the Progurt company.It's an easily soluble digestible form of magnesium and the other chlorides. Chloride has aided in my muscle spasms to cease at night.

Love it! Taste can be strong when doing the suggested 5ml every 250ml of water, but easy to build up to. Felt that I’ve functioned better in the gym and at work since and have slept well from the first night of use. Nice to have a no frills electrolyte product that doesn’t have any flavourings or artificial sweeteners especially when fasted.
Recommend to all my patients and friends.

I originally got this product in Darwin where the heat tends to drain you of everything. I found the liquid chloride so easy to take - pop a teaspoonful into your water and you would hardly know you are swallowing it. Now I live in the southern part of Australia but still find this a great product with sleep plus overall benefits. I'll be buying it for some time to come!
